Cassandra Ferguson launched M Chadwell Mediation after more than 20 years of employment law and insurance coverage experience. Ms. Ferguson mediates both individual and class action cases.  She has participated in hundreds of meditations throughout the country representing multiple employers, involving various employment complaints, including retaliatory discharge; wrongful termination; discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy; and sexual harassment; wage and hour violations; confidentiality and non-compete agreements; libel, slander, and defamation claims; violations of the FMLA, ADEA, ADA, the USERRA; and many other matters that arise out of the employment relationship. While Ms. Ferguson specializes in the mediation of employment law matters, she also has significant experience in D&O policies and insurance coverages. 

Ms. Ferguson's vast experience makes her uniquely qualified to assist parties in coming together to resolve conflicts in a mutually beneficial manner. Her experience and persistent focus on results sets her apart in the field of mediation by using innovative approaches to address the parties' needs. 

In addition to her J.D., Ms. Ferguson has a Masters' degree in Employment Law and is a frequent speaker at state and national employment law conferences. 

Ms. Ferguson has developed a reputation for utilizing her significant experience to help parties resolve the most difficult and complicated matters because moving forward is the bottom line.
